Hello
My name is Stephanie Welsh and I'm the founder of Pathwork Strategies. I began this journey because as I reflected on my career I realized I got the greatest satisfaction from helping others achieve their best. I thrive on looking for creative ways to tackle challenges and bring teams together to achieve more.
My Path
Throughout my career, I have had a passion for guiding teams and leaders to their highest potential. Within one year of graduating with my B.S. in Applied Mathematics, I faced the huge challenge of leading a team of quality engineers who had been there much longer than I had. But even then, my focus on understanding what made people tick, and finding a way to tap into their potential allowed me to be successful in leading my first professional team.

As I grew in my career, I managed teams from 2 to 200, working in Fortune 100 companies, higher education, hospitals, and non-profit research organizations. My varied experience has allowed me to hone my skills in helping individuals and teams succeed.

With degrees in Applied Mathematics (B.S.) and Counselor Education (M.Ed.), and trained as an executive coach, I have been able to help teams and leaders challenge the status quo, make meaningful improvements, and achieve their best.
